The Projects
With the framework of IPCAR-2030 (International Collaborative Project for Alzheimer Research), 8 separate projects linking teams in France with teams in Europe and North America will be allocated a budget of 1 million euros or more over 3 years.

The Project - 2013
4.8 million euros raised to the benefit of the International Association to Save Tyre, an ancient city in southern Lebanon and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The funds have been used to build a 1500 m2 handicraft village, with the purpose of reviving ancient handicraft techniques, create employment and boost economic development.
The Winner - 2013
Jeffrey Gonano, a 25 years old American from Wexford, Pennsylvania. He is art fan.
He now owns a Picasso valued, at 1M euros.
