The draw was scheduled for Monday, 6th January 2020.

The aim of this operation is to raise maximum funds for CARE. However, we still have tickets for sale.

We would therefore like to postpone the draw to 30th March 2020 so we can collect the largest possible amount in order to bring clean water to 200,000 people in Madagascar, Cameroon and Morocco.

This postponement is in line with our Terms and has been cleared by the Police Prefecture of Paris, who authorizes the whole operation. Under no circumstance will the draw be postponed beyond 30th March 2020, and the number of tickets will remain capped at 200,000.

The draw will take place at 6pm, Paris time, at our partner Christie's in Paris under the supervision of Eric Albou, Court Officer, and in the presence of the international press. It will be broadcast live on this website.

The painting will remain on display at the Picasso Museum in Paris. This increased exposure can only have a positive effect on its value.
